主要设置CPU的最大和最小频率

  • mPerfServiceWrapper.userReg 注册
  • mPerfServiceWrapper.userRegScnConfig 参数设定
  • mPerfServiceWrapper.userEnable 激活设置
  • mPerfServiceWrapper.userDisable 反激活设置
  • mPerfServiceWrapper.userUnreg 反注册
